Returns and refunds

My policy is 100% money back guarantee in case of damage or loss in transit or lack of satisfaction with the purchase.

The return window is 2 weeks after the day your doll arrives. 

Please package your return thoroughly (double boxed with lots of bubble wrap).

I can provide return shipping labels for USA customers if returned in the original package.

Customers from other countries will be asked to ship the doll back with the most reliable and fast provider with tracking and full cost insurance.

​Damage due to misuse (for example: customer drops the doll and the doll breaks; customer keeps the doll in direct sunlight or in proximity of water) is not covered. I can offer repair if repair is possible. I will charge for repair and shipping both ways. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss in transit.
